In addition, we have a pool table, an excellent library, and activity rooms for crafts and games.  There is never time to get bored at our BTP 55+ community.

There is a professional fitness center with plenty of machines and weights for your workout.

Our large community hall seats 300 comfortably and has a huge stage for plays and concerts.

We have three indoor air conditioned pickleball courts. We have space reserved for future outdoor pickle ball courts and a storage area for boats, canoes, and kayaks

Our most famous amenity is our 22 professional shuffle board courts with large viewing stands and overhead shading.  There are in-house leagues and we host many tournaments throughout the season.  .

And the Number One Reason is

 THE PRICE/debt free

With so many amenities, and such a beautiful tropical gulf coast area, you would think that wintering in Bradenton Tropical Palms would be expensive.  Well, it's not!  We are a resident-owned 55+ community, and you can become an owner for only $27,500 for your share in our community.  Once you become an owner, the monthly maintenance fee is only $170.  This includes all the amenities, lawn service, and water.  Taxes are between $300 and $500 a year and include garbage pickup and recycling.  It doesn't get much better than this!  We are also debt free and have a substantial reserve fund.

Owning a home in Bradenton Tropical Palms is one of the best deals you can get in the Bradenton/Sarasota area.

In a land lease community, monthly fees are typically from $400 to $800 per month and the homes cost significantly more than in BTP.   Condos and town houses start at over $200,000 and maintenance fees are usually over $400 per month

In BTP, for the share price of $27,500, you will have ownership in our community, and we will give you a lot for you to have your brand new mobile home installed.  We can connect you with a new home dealer and a contractor to do the work.   .

We have seasonal rentals from $1,100 to $1,500 per month.  We also have some pre-owned homes for sale that will become available at the end of each winter season.

To see our pre-owned homes, and how you can become a shareholder and enjoy this beautiful area all winter long, click the button below.  You will never have to shovel snow again.

All of our rentals are gone for the 2019/20 season.

However, they are available during the off season.

Please Note:

Bradenton Tropical Palms is a designated no pet community.  Only service and emotional support animals with the required forms are allowed.
